try using Lanolin cream also known as nipple cream. it helps me by removing excess moisture in the tissue.

try a foley like the Bard Lubricath silicone. ithasa coating that doesnt stick and creates its own lube. pushing sterile through the cath whileinserting would also reduce irritation.it's 350mm 5mm wide intermittent silicon catheter, but I'm not going to use it again.

i used emptybread bags. perfect size for a rolled up diaper.I think that it's important to buy packets of adult wipes. You'll go through baby wipes incredibly quickly. With the correct techniques and equipment (i.e. wipes) it won't be necessary to bathe or shower after every single dirty nappy. Dispose of dirty nappies properly by balling them up, putting them in plastic bags, tieing the bags shut and then tossing into regular rubbish.

I wear normal work pants but wear boxer style undies over my diaper with a tank top tucked snugly into the boxers. I find this keeps my pants up and sag to a minimum.

you can also try lanolin (aka. nipple cream)My butt crack has crack in it. Never really goes completely away. I think pee pools and runs up your butt crack while sleeping or prone. Perhaps it's due to weight loss. Don't really know. Watching Putting extra strong and thick diaper rash cream. You can tell it's working as it causes an itch which is a sign of healing... Quit using baby powder as it turned into a soggy paste that wasn't good for the neither either.

I went four days and yes I got an infection. The Cath provide an open passageway for bacteria to enter. Supposed to have a closed bag on one end to prevent this. But it was fun until that point.
