Adrian, in many new cosntructions, to save space, they add a family restroom that also doubles as a handicapped accessible. Airports, malls. Besides some paraplegic women have children that need diaper changing. The architects are realizing that with the older population needing assistance and it usually comes from an opposite sex partner....so, even though theres a big stall among the "herds" of toilets....those "family" restrooms are also helpful for a husband with his Alzheimer's wife in diapers, for a father with a paraplegic 16 year old son on a wheelchair, etc. Locking bathrooms because there might be abuse of the privilege....if one has IBS, waiting for the manager with the key...might mean an unfortunate accident. Let's fight for the rights for affordable housing or help for the homeless, not lock bathrooms when i am about to have a colitis attack. I have over active bladder and use a wheelchair...for years my disability was invisible but i would often need privacy to take care of myself...those toilets were not an option then. And naturally, one locks the door behind oneself. be well

by ADA standards they are supposed to be accesible. Some of them fulfill needs of the disabled. To have them locked should be illegal. i would tell the attendant or ask to talk to the manager.

Wet pullups, a sundress with no bra (don't need one).
