I'll second that, I found Sween Cream several years ago at a local medical supply store, and found that it works wonders. I think it's got some vitamin E in it or something...

"I recently relocated almost 1500 miles and drove my car there. I usually wear Depends or cloth with plastic pants but I decided to use really good diapers for my trip so I ordered a bag of Bambinos. I tried them out before hand and they really worked great. I decided not to wear a pair of plastic pants over because I didn't want to have to remove my slacks to change and if the diaper leaked I wouldn't want to keep tha wet plastic pants on with a clean diaper. I brought food in the car with me so I only had to stop for gas and everything was going great." Does anyone else think that it sounds like he was in astronaut training?? ;-)

I too might be interested in trying some of those out, I'll probably order some in late February and report back! I wonder who's behind them, and why hasn't he advertised around a bit? Who bought the "first order"?? Hmm....

I know from experience that hiking w/diapers on doesn't work. I've tried Attends/Secure Plus/Molicare(these seem to be best) Abri-X(DON'T even try these!)and I still end up with the rubs. There's this stuff that's kinda like anti-persperant called "Bodyglide" (you can't find it in sporting goods stores) that helps a bit but I personally still end up with a rash. Kinda fun for a bit, but the price (of the blisters) is too high for me...

Wahoo!!! UPS brought my package delivered from SecurePersonalCare in just 2days, and I'm sitting in a size large with the nice, soft, crinkly plastic that I used to love before they went to the weird plastic! I'm golden again! I got my favorite diaper back!! NICE soft plastic, that crinkles JUST enough to be BARELY noticeable under jeans; Not too thick to be noticeable by the general public... BIG wide tape zone that looks like it belongs, doesn't have babyish designs that my wife'll say "aren't you getting a little caried away with this diaper thing?" TAPES that really stick and no need to worry about 'em pulling off in the middle of the night, thus soaking the bed and causing my wife to wake up screaming "life jackets!!!" I mean isn't that the whole reason I wear diapers? To cause her to have to do less laundry?? And REAL padding that absorbs well and doesn't clump up like my other favorite, Attends large 6 tape, but I'm still stuffing in my favorite "extra absorbancy material" a Luv's size 6, nice and cheap, that does most of the work... These are a bit more pricey than the Attends I get from XP, but OH SO NICE and soft.... Just FYI, I didn't care for the Secure XPlus, but I may have to give 'em another try from this supplier.... I wear Attends 6 tape, a VERY nice price from XP and - I REALLY like the feel... However, when wet the padding just clumps and it's worthless! So Luvs size 6 fit the bill nicely, and VERY cheap might I add! They absorb a ton, and when they leak over the outside edge well, the Attends are there. I wake up usually very wet, (inside the diaper that is, and therefore VERY thick) but the padding of the Attends is still holding together... That's what works for me, and rather economically. When I'm in the mood to splurge, then I'll jump into an Abri super, or maybe a super-X, but still with my "stuffer", then it's too thick to walk!

Hi all, does anyone know if the "newest" Secure Plus briefs are back to using the "soft" plastic that they used to use? I ask because the last time I purchased from ACD in size large I got these briefs that didn't have the "soft" plastic, but something that was almost naugahyde like! Ruined it for me, I haven't ordered in almost a year... I have just placed an order for size med and large from SecurePersonalCare, so I guess I'll find out... Also, I noticed that ACD is closing out the SecurePlus, anyone know why?? Thanks!
