I'm thinking of using some but not sure which ones are the most effective and how to go about it safely. Basically i want to be able to use them so i can have an "accident" when i'm out, so i have no chance of stopping myself messing my nappy. any help would much apprieciated. thanks

i'm sure i was noticed for the first time the other day. i went to my local sainsbury's and when i got to my car i bent down in front of this woman to put my shopping down and when i looked at her she gave me a " i've seen what your wearing" smile. it was awesome
