Curious as to what everyone does to deal with stress besides getting padded up and going into little space. Me? I go to the gym and work through my problems as I lift weights. It's a good way to stay and shape and staying centered. My workouts are also usually the hardest part of my day so once they are done I am able to face pretty much anything that gets thrown at me.
