So I have always loved the idea of the "training potty" but mine has always made me feel like a bear on a bicycle at the circus. So after much research I had a go at making my own. What do you guys think? I almost want to make another version and fix some of the flaws. Well anyway just figured I'd share my work. It has a removable bowl for emptying and I think it's a bit more babyish than say a medical commode.

They leak way to easily for me, but if they work for you, go for it.

I think for me the question is when didn't I like diapers? I remember never wanting to be potty trained, snd though I didn't fight it much, it was never my choice. My parents once threatened to put me back in diapers, but when I was enthusiastic about it, they obviously didn't!

My little side is 4-5 years old, already potty trained but sometimes wets the bed, is prone to accidents when she's excited or really focused on something, and has trouble holding it for too long if she can't get to the potty quickly. I love the idea of a mommy or daddy reminding me to go potty at bedtime, before going on car rides, or asking me if I need to go when he/she sees me doing the potty dance but not wanting to stop what I'm doing.

That's a complete lie perpetuated by wellness just so they can sell more diapers. NASA diapers are a sort of combination of disposable, cloth and waterproof cover (still single use though), and have many, many different layers. Wellness should be fined for false advertising but if you read their page carefully they only say inspired by the nasa diapers. Inspired my but.
