I'm not sure. 😁   The only time I run into this is when I try for "adult" interactions, romantic or sexual. I'm extremely asexual and aromantic, so I do not understand those relationships, or how to get to them. I don't know how people start relationships, or get to the point where they are going to have sex (don't understand why they would want to either).    As for other parts of stories, I pretty much just go with what I write, and deal with it. In one case as I wrote one chapter, something logically came into play, that I had planned on dealing with later, and I had to spend three or four chapters to deal with the conflict. No going back to try to fix what I had written, just drive on.

It's time he stopped saying that the twins are in his room. He sleeps in the nursery with the other babies. After all, kids old enough to have their own room are usually at least out of diapers and baby panties during the day, don't use pacifiers, or wear toddler style clothes with a bedtime the same as the other babies.  I bet he will be spending time in the playpen playing with trucks or dollies.
