I have the three pairs of the Dinosaur Prints, in X-large. Great pants no concerns so far, I like to buy plastic pants on the larger size, on size bigger than I need. Bob

I remember Baby Scott pants were very smooth & soft, came in a prints or white plastic. I used to be able to squeezs into a size ex-large. Too bad they do not re-introduce today for the adult market. Bob

I was injured when I was a teenager, and suffered the with same issues. With me it was nerve damage, but to be sure you should see your doctor. To your doctor this just a problem, and nothing you should be embarassed about, and I'm sure your doctor can help. Remember incontinence is a result of another problem, if the underlining problem can be cured the incontinence will also. Leaving this alone, in all likilyhood it will get worst. In my case I'm now diaper dependent, but only because the drugs that you can take for this problem, reacted poorly with me. I wish you good luck Bob

I wear Nice Diaper Plastic pants over my Prevails diapers. The cut of the plastic pant is perfect for disposables, but not for cloth. The pant helps with diaper droop and some protection from leaks. I like Angela's idea of putting in a single cloth baby diaper in the plastic pants, very smart. Bob.
