Do You Think Infantilism Should Be Kept Secret From The General Public?

While I'd be wary of Tv specials and the like I don't feel the existence of what is termed infantilism ought to kept from the  public because where's a there a gap misinformation will fill it so it should talked about in wider society including so-called professionals to our existence, the ways it may show and that of itself it's harmless.

I feel like every time it gets on tv or it gets some attention, that I'm cringing every time it comes up. It always feels weird and they never really give the right impression.
