Good Places For Changing Baby...

After trying to find a so-called 'Family Restroom' in several places during a recent trip (see My Blog) Mommy and I decided to start a topic about good changing spots. Its sometimes hard to find a semi-private place to change, where you could lay your changing pad on the floor and get fixed up. I've stood up to change in a bathroom stall, and it works fine, but for messier clean-ups, or if Mommy wants to change me, a private bathroom is much more appropriate.

I'll be posting places we've changed, or that have a good place to do so, as well as some places we expected to have a family restroom and didn't. Please feel free to post other good places you've found, or places that didn't work. Hopefully this will be useful to those of us who like to be changed in public, without being changed 'in public.'

GOOD

Gilroy, CA - Wal-mart

San Jose, CA - Oakridge Mall Target

Fremont, CA - New Park Mall Sears (upstairs)

BAD

San Francisco, CA - Borders on Powell (standard M/F bathrooms with stalls)

San Francisco, CA - Mall at Powell St. BART (not on map, or obvious)

Gilroy, CA - Prime Outlets (standard M/F bathrooms with stalls)
