Hello My Beauties!

I want to know where everyone is in their transformations! Beginning, middle or satisfied (because there is no end in keeping healthy) 

I also want to know what are your roses, thorns and how will you grow your garden? 

Roses are something you like, a new recipe, a new exercise, a walking route, the eye candy at the gym, or just today was a great day to be outside!

Thorns, well that is the suck part of your day.  No eye candy at the gym, it's raining out, you had to wear shoes (hate those days myself), whatever your thorn is let's here it. 

Last How will you grow your garden? Do you want more roses or more thorns in your garden? Life happens, some days are just bad, but how will you grow your garden to get more roses and less thorns. Just one little thing to make your garden great!
