Trying to remember a wipes commercial from the 90's

I remember seeing this baby wipes commercial from the mid 90's around the time I was a child and developing a strong desire to be put back into diapers again. There was a lady who looked like she was changing a diaper but it was from the perspective of a the baby looking up at the mom with quick cuts of her being stressed out. I remember having strong feelings for this lady as she was very cute, I loved the way she rolled her eyes and looked frustrated. If anyone can remember it would be greatly appreciated :)
