From College to Diapers (private with littleben)

Daddy: "Okay, Buddy. I can stay with you too. Today tired me out. Let's get cozy"

Daddy gets in the crib and crawls to the farthest side of the bed by the bar, leaving Benny in the middle. He cuddles with Benny, and plans to go to bed soon.

The big boys go back to their room.

He cuddles with Daddy and sucks his paci. He falls asleep soon after.

Daddy falls asleep soon after. He holds Benny. All the driving and playing tired him out for him to go to bed at Benny's early bedtime.

 

Megan turns out the light for them, but she checks her phone.

While they were at the beach, she got an email from Benny's mother. She wants to see him. She is worried about him and thinks he's having a dangerous spring break. 

So Megan thinks about it, and she tells his mom that he has been staying with them the whole time, that he's had a very safe spring break with them that they all went to the beach, they've been keeping an eye on him and that she can stop by tomorrow afternoon to see him if she's free. 

 

Megan stays up for a little while watching a TV show on her phone with headphones, keeping the light of the phone away from them as they sleep.

After a long while of sleeping, Benny wakes up, gets comfortable and starts pushing a big load of poopy into his diaper.

He stays quiet, but he sees Mommy awake next to him.

When he finishes, he smiles and whispers "poopy", then he rolls over to go back to sleep. He puts his butt in the air, and enjoys the warm, messy feeling.

Mommy hears Benny grunting, then the smell hits her nose. She sees Benny roll back over

"Oh no, Mister Stinky Pants.

You can't go back to sleep just yet. I need to change your diapey. Crawl over to Mommy"

She never closed the side of the crib because she has been awake the whole time. 

Daddy is still sleeping

He crawls over to her

 

"I a Mister Stinky Pants" he smiles as he repeats

He gets to the edge of the bed and reaches for Mommy to pick him up

"You like that, Benny?

I saw you smile. Are you a happy baby now that you made your poopy?"

Mommy says to him. 

 

She picks him up and carries him to the changing table.

He giggles and nods

 

"Yesh, Mommy. I happy baby"

he still has his paci in his mouth.

 

He undoes his zipper and lays on the table

Mommy takes his pajamas off and untapes his diaper, lifting his legs and starting to get him clean

He sucks his paci and says

"I nakey, Mommy"

"You won't be for long, Buddy. Let me get you all cleaned up" she says

He likes the cold wipes down there when Mommy cleans him.

He can see a little with the night light Mommy has on:

 

"Wook, Mommy, Daddy still sweeping. It morning?"

Mommy has him all clean now, so she starts to put him in a new diaper. 

 

"No, it's still the middle of the night. I'm only changing you because you pooped. You can go back to sleep.

I'm almost done"

" 'kay Mommy"

He lays still waiting for his powder

She powders him and tapes up his diaper

"There you go"

 

She helps him put his pajamas back on

He zips his pajama, and then falls back to sleep

Mommy puts him back into bed, cleans up the table, washes her hands, and gets back into bed with the baby.

She lets up the side a little, so she can still get out, and then she goes to sleep.

He loves being in bed with Mommy and Daddy. 

He sleeps peacefully wets in his diaper twice during the night.

Shortly after, Mommy falls asleep

 

The next morning Daddy wakes up early, and he crawls out of the crib carefully so he doesn't wake them. 

He checks on the big boys and they're still sleeping, so he starts getting ready for the day. After he gets ready, he wakes Mommy and Benny up.

Benny hears Daddy wake him up and waves he says

"Hi Daddy"

Still sucking on his paci

Daddy changes Benny's diaper and puts him into a light blue shirt with dark blue shorts, while Mommy wakes the big boys up.

They get themselves ready. 

Meanwhile the doorbell rings.

Benny hears the doorbell

"Daddy, who dat?

And we doing breffast espress still?"

 

He thinks they will go get the door and then they won't do their train today because they'll already be downstairs

"I don't know who it is, Buddy. 

Sure we'll do the train to see who it is at the door"

Daddy crouches down so he can get on

He gets on Daddy's back

Daddy carries him downstairs with the usual train noises

Daddy gets the door. It's Grammy and Grampy. 

She's there to feed her boys and Megan because she knows they always stay up late when they come back from beach. She brought breakfast.

 

"Hi Daniel. Good morning, Benny"

She puts the bags of food down and gives him a kiss
