How old do you feel?

I'm 69 but the body feels like about 50. Before I had my hips replaced I felt like I was 80. Damn arthritis made life hell. Like @bottlestopI used to like to run to stay healthy but the orthopedic doctor frowns on that. Joints will last longer if I only walk. About the only time I feel old is after I've used the chainsaw or axe. Then I'm reminded by the pain I'm in.

I'll be 74 soon. Some days I feel like 40. Some days I feel my real age because of neuropathy and arthritis.  I always feel much younger when throwing the football or baseball with some of my awesome grand sons.
