Not sure I wet during sleep.

As I drink about 2 liters of water in the 3 hours before going to bed, I usually pass a large amount of urine into my diaper before going to sleep.

Then, in the morning, I wet again just after waking up.

Although I sometimes have a vague recollection of having wet in half-sleep, how can I be sure that I have passed a sizeable amount of urine during half sleep or during sleep ?

Have others solved that issue ?
