A trainer finds themself in front of Arceus itself, the God of Pokemon wearing a massive diaper and being quite proud of their poofy butt. The trainer is given a quest. Spread to good word of poofy pamps and crinkly rears as Arceus’ disciple. They are given a nursery fit for a god and Palkia itself as a caretaker to help them in their journey, wandering Sinnoh to tell people about why diapers are so amazing~
