You don’t have to worry about that, usually. A zinc-based barrier cream is applied at each diaper change. It feels greasy on the skin and in the long run causes your hair to get off, but is very effective against rashes.

But it’s time for our 5 min break.

Sonia thinks back at her first night, a true nightmare. A senior had made sure she went to sleep very well hydrated (exactly as she was doing with Ally) and the vibration had woken her up 12 times!
