rosie-bee Posted January 2, 2021 Posted January 2, 2021 (Please respond with the same kind of effort. Magic is allowed but do not be op!) Message me if you would like to roleplay, doesn’t have to be this plot!) Celestia didn't know what happened. One day she was in the forest, having a quiet picnic by herself. Life had been stressful, and she wished to be back in those gold old days when she was younger, a child, happy to have little stress and worry about having fun. A 23 year old woman who was alone, no boyfriend/girlfriend, and her family was on the other side of the sea. She had moved for a new job opportunity that got her more money, and now it wasn't a problem. She was a pretty young woman. Brown hair, fair skin, a freckles that were splattered all over her face. She had a nice apartment in the city, but didn't have many friends from moving just a mere month ago. Celestia decided to explore the nearby forest of her new city, and have a picnic. Now having eaten and with her stomach full, she began to wander the forest. Everybody knew this forest was enchanted. Everybody had magical powers, but this forest, even the most magical couldn't understand its power. Celeste didn't know any better, she thought it was a normal forest. Upon finding a cave, Celeste entered it and found a beautiful waterfall with a pond. She decided to take a quick swim in it, because it was hot, and she would love this to be a new place. Though, something happened. After climbing out of it, she realized everything was...bigger. Celeste had turned younger! She was in a 1 olds body, but still with her adult thoughts. Who would find her and take her in? Will they help her turn back into an adult or keep her like this, and raise her as their own?
Idk_username Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Jason was, by most standards, an average man. At 28, he was neither rich nor poor, not successful nor failing, he was simply average and perfectly happy being that way. See, Jason had never been a big fan of change, and he found that the most efficient way to live a consistent lifestyle was to live an average one. He was a fairly handsome man, with sun-kissed skin and strong, dark features; but he wasn't interested in dating, nor starting a family. Jason had one thing on his mind: himself. This was partially to keep his simple life simple, and partially because he really just didn't like people. He didn't like how they did their own thing, he didn't like how they didn't listen to or agree with him, and he didn't like when they tried to get involved. Because of Jason's general dislike of people, his occupation often put him in odd situations... Magical encounters. Jason worked for a strange old witch, had since he was a teenager, who paid him well for a simple trip to the woods to gather supplies each day. On the particular sunny day that he was out gathering, he came across the strangest encounter of all: a baby. Jason's list wasn't unusual, some herbs and some berries, and some bottles of water from the cave. But never before had he seen a baby on the path. A human baby, just sitting by itself in the middle of the woods. Jason, with a sack full of herbs and mud-caked boots, simply stared in disbelief as he stepped over a cluster of bushes and made his way that was occuppied by the baby. The male looked back over his shoulders, checking for some sort of parents, at least a sign. It's not like a baby could've gotten all the way here by itself... Right? Pressing his lips togther in thought, Jason debated turning around and acting like he hadn't seen anything- but found himself feeling guilty even for thinking such thoughts. "Uh... What're you doing out here?" The man asked. Of course, he wasn't expecting a reply- but Jason had never been very good with kids, and, frankly, didn't know what else to do.
rosie-bee Posted January 6, 2021 Author Posted January 6, 2021 Celestia had nobody in this new country that she moved to. Nobody would know what happened to her, or what they would do if she went off the grid. Celestia told nobody of her whereabouts, she was..awol. Anything that would be a love interest she shrugged off, and pushed away. They weren't of her interest, nor would they be willing to have a long-term relationship. It hurt Celestia's heart, but she couldn't do anything. Her hope would be making her friends and finding somebody else here. Clearly it wasn't the best way to make new friends, having a picnic in the forest and wandering around. Though she would soon be able to be able to find somebody-er, they find her. Witches were common in the country, but most had their own separate practices. Celestia was aware of the magic this country produced, and even her family had the bloodline of magic, but she never bothered to practice it herself, it was too time-consuming, too tiring. Celestia heard somebody enter the cave, as she panicked, her little heart beating fast. What if it was an animal? A hunter? What if she would be killed?! Her body didn't move, even though she wanted to desperately. The only thing heard in the cave was the rush of water into the pond, until the footsteps became louder and louder. Celestia only stood there in her oversized shirt, trembling over who would come in. She was tiny, she was helpless. She could no longer defend herself. Celestia looked at the older, taller man, as he neared her and asked her a question. She wasn't sure if he would believe him, but it was worth a shot. "I-I..." Celestia stammered out. She had her comprehensive thoughts as an adult, but it wouldn't exactly come through as she would want. "I...fell..." Celestia spoke slowly, trying to get her thoughts to Jason properly. Pointing to the pond, then getting to her clothes, Clestia held them up for him. "I go swimming..and...and..." Celestia sighed. "I'm this!" She referred to herself with her hands, dropping her clothes. "Help me." She simply asked him.
