I was watching Ridiculousness on MTV tonight, episode from 7/28/2016 with Hampton Yount on the show.

There was a segment about fat people trying to better themselves and in it was a clip of what appeared to be three sumo wrestlers doing a 100 yard dash.  The guest star (Hampton?) said, "And the adult baby race is off!  One of them's gonna get a mommy."
