Messing my diaper just seems natural. I mean..what am I wearing it for if not to fill with pee and poop? Hi everyone! I have been diapered for quite sometime now after needing  a major spine surgery.

I go by John on adult sites for discretion. Although it isn't my real name it is pretty close.

I have a supportive wife who helps diaper me each morning and evening.  She insists I wear just a t-shirt, diaper and plastic pants when we are home but we often go out and I rely on her advice to ensure I am not showing. 

After peeing the diapers for a while Anne insisted I stop wasting them and costing us more money by changing after pooping in the toilet. Just like that messing my diaper became an everyday thing.

I usually have bananas and oatmeal for breakfast and a protein shake at lunch. Well I will tell you something... That will make you mess anyday !
