Pee orgasms

Every time I pee in my diapers I feel a strange feeling of pee shivers in my entire body. This shivers feels exactly the same as having multiple orgasms. This shiverings also go on for a while even when I have finished peeing in the diapers. When the diapers swells more and more I can feel this like a massage on my penis, scrotum and my buttocks. Does anybody know why I feel this way and what this feelings is called?
