Merchants Traveling The Four Nations

After a bit of thinking, Jiang decided that the best way was to go through the great divide, even though it was a longer route, it was still better than going through swaps where the cart could get stuck for even longer than they would have liked it to be, and that was not something he was about to have happen.

They go down the road heading towards the great divide. Luckily they  have enough food and water to last them a day or two. The  canyon takes about  a total of two days and one night to get through if traveling on foot.  then afterwards there are some nearby villagers. There are some dangerous creatures in the divide but usually people travel the divide in groups so they will have an easier time getting through.

Jiang just continued driving the cart and once night fell, he stopped and set up camp, luckily they had gotten to the halfway point when he set up camp and then got some food for them to cook and then came back to cook it on the fire.

Xiao occupied himself by looking at the map. They should reach the Divide by late morning so they will have to eat all of the food they have for breakfast since food attracts dangerous creatures on the canyan and throwing it out would be such a waste. Xiao was very hungry and thirsty he hasn't had a chance to eat or drink his proper amount dada set for him to keep him healthy. It didn't matter though cause dada was going to feed him anyway.

Soon enough when they stopped and setup camp, he got out enough to keep the boy healthy and then kept the rest in the cart. Luckily he knew that the beasts that roamed the great divine were going to hibernate for the winter so they would not have to worry about that problem.

Xiao layed back in dada's arms and opened wide ready to be fed. He loved moments like these with dada it made him feel safe and close to him. "So we'll travel through the Divide tomorrow dada? Will we be with other people? Will there be big creatures? " he fired away like any little boy curious about everything and wanted to know more.

"I dont think we will have any troubles for a while Xiao." He told the bpy as he fed him and once that was done changed the boy and went to sleep with him.

Xiao had trouble sleeping through the night and starts crying for daddy being tired but not able to go to sleep. He tosses and turns under their tent.

He sat up and rocked Xiao and hummed a little lullaby to the boy to put him at ease. Soon Xiao was asleep and had sweet dreams through the night.  A wet diaper as well which is soaked by morning

Jiang is still sleeping as he doesnt knoe the boy has a wet diaper on himself and that the diapet is soaked.

Xiao stays on his dada and pokes him to wake him up since they need to hurry since they are on a tight schedule due to interruptions and route changes they faced yesterday. "Dada dada uppie it morning time" he starts bouncing on him with his wet diaper that he uses hot rocks from his bending to keep nice and warm.
