Jed felt guilty for making Reno feel guilty, what a circle. "Oh what a sweet baby I have," Jed cooed. He watched as he drank the bottle and grinned down at him, once it was gone, he pulled it out. "What a good boy! You finished your baba for Dada." He set the bottle down. "Here, I think I know what might help your tummy." He adjusted Reno so his head was on his shoulder. He gently patted his back until a burp came out.

The burp really had helped a little. He continued to rest against him and as he held onto him his fingers played with the hair on the back of Jed's neck. He still didn't feel well but felt better knowing Jed was happy. Still, he wasn't sure he could do it three times a day.

Reno froze when he heard the familiar sound of his cellphone ringing in the distance. It was the ringtone he had assigned to Alex, his friend and dealer... There was a point Reno would have ran to the phone, but this time the boy looked scared.

"Such a good baby, so cuddly too." Jed cooed. He laid a kiss to the boy's head. He heard the ringtone and walked over, picking it up. He saw the name and his mouth went in a firm line. He recognized the name. He had met Alex in person and it hadn't been pretty. Jed looked down at the frightened adult baby.

Reno looked at him and shook his head. "I promise I haven't spoken to Alex since I went to rehab. I swear. I don't.... I don't want to be that person." he buried his face back against him still shaking. "please.... Make him go away."

Reno was scared that if he saw Alex he would just start using again. He was being honest, he had no had anything to do with the business. He understood if Jed didn't trust him, Jed had no reason to.

"I don't ever want to see him again." Reno clutched Jed and wouldnt let go. His long hair was covering his huge eyes. As he spoke the phone stopped ringing... Then started right back up again.

Jed looked down into Reno's eyes. By now, he could tell when Reno was lying and he knew right now, that the young man was being honest. "Okay, shhh, love, I believe you, Daddy believes you." He pushed back his hair and laid a kiss to his forehead. "Daddy's going to make it go away. Hold on." He grabbed Reno's pacifier and plopped it in his mouth. He gently rested Reno onto the floor.

Reno was happy to have the paci back. It helped calm him back down after the stress. He sucked it and began to relax as his phone was destroyed. Reno had never used it for much but drug deals anyway.

The relaxation he had regained from having his paci back was totally wiped away when he heard they had errands. "no! You said you would wait before we saw other people!" suddenly he wanted to cry but then just... Stopped. What did he have to lose? The only thing that mattered to him was daddy. He wrapped his legs firmly around him and put his head on Jed's shoulder.

He kissed his neck and nuzzled against it. "I love you daddy.... Where are we going?"

"I know bud but I can't leave you alone," Jed answered, guiltily. And then just as he was upset, Reno calmed down. "I love you too, Munchkin." He laid a kiss to his forehead and then grabbed a pacifier leash. "Here, so you don't lose your paci." He clipped the leash to his boyfriend's onesie. "We just have to run and get you some more clothes. You're really tiny, you'd probably still fit into some larger toddler clothes. I just want you to look as cute as possible. We'll probably see no one we know there."

That much was true. Reno could not be left alone... Actually he was under very strict instructions to not be alone from the hospital. Reno shook with anxiety but was doing very well. He took occasional deep breaths and sucked his paci.

When they made it to the store he was surprised how comfortable he was. He looked at the outfits but was most excited at the bear. With a smile he pulled it to himself and hugged onto it.

Gradually he was accepting his new role and Jed could see a comfort in reno that had never been there before. He was happy.

The only thing he asked for was the Teddy bear and some ninja turtle diapers he liked.

"Aw, does my baby like his bear?" Jed smiled. "And we can definitely get the ninja turtle diapeys." He grabbed some that were in Reno's size before turning to the clothes. He picked out some onesies, easy for diaper changes along with some pairs of overalls, sleepers and even a few sailor suits. Next came the booties, mittens and bonnets, he wanted to go all out with his little boy.

Reno hugged the bear tight. He had never told anyone that bears were his favorite animal. He loved everything about bears and had actually really enjoyed studying them in his free time. He nodded his answer to the question.

Reno found that to his surprise he liked everything that was picked out besides the bonnets... Those he made a face at and shook his head. "no... Those are icky."

Reno gave Jed an Eskimo kiss and held tightly to him. The only you he picked out for himself was a sound machine that hooked up to a crib and played rain, ocean and piano sounds.

"Sweetums, the bonnets will make you look just darling, Daddy always wanted a baby boy he could dress in bonnets. Oh look, some rattles." Jed picked some up along with some teething toys. Obviously Reno had all his teeth, but he would look very cute nawing on them. "Aw, who's Daddy's sweet baby, hmm?" He reached over and grabbed the sound machine. "Daddy has ordered a side car crib, so it'll be hooked up to the side of my bed, that way my baby boy is never too far away. And a changing table to change your diapeys on. Oh what fun we will have, just me and my baby boy."

Reno was actually having fun. He was mostly just enjoying spending any and all time with Jed. He wondered what would happen when Jed had to work.... These things weren't free and money didn't grow on trees.

Reno looked up at him and his brows knit in confusion. Wasn't he being good?... Daddy must have noticed him throw the bonnets out of the basket. He hated them. He was quiet for a moment "daddy..." he leaned in to whisper his question so that no one else could hear. "will we still have sex?" Jed had helped him climax but he worried Jed wasn't going to climax himself.

"You'll see how sex will work later," Jed whispered back. He looked in the cart and saw that the bonnets were missing. "Reno." He gave him a stern look and picked them back up. "Just wait until we get home." He had decided punishments would be administered in private. He didn't want to embarrass the young boy. He pushed the cart over to the check out and began taking out the items.

Reno wasn't in a hurry, just curious about how things would work. When he received the stern look Reno pouted and looked apologetic.

He could be so shy, he always had been. When Reno had first met Jed he hid behind a friend and thought for sure Jed would never be interested in someone like him. Now with the cashier talking to him Reno blushed and hid behind his hair. "thank you" he whispered then fell into intimidated silence.

For the first time in since Jed had ever met Reno he heard his stomach growl. Reno was actually getting hungry. He jolted and looked down toward his tummy. "what was that?" he looked scared. Had he really never felt a hunger pain before?

"Sounds like your tummy grumbling. You'll have another baba then and maybe some real food as well, after your punishment," Jed replied. He managed for everything to be delivered to the house later, except for the bear. He walked out of the store and headed home, not saying a single word. Once they got there, he took the bear and the pacifier, setting it on the table. He removed Reno from the baby carrier and hung the carrier up.

When given the silent treatment Reno started to feel terrible. He felt guilty and horrible but knew begging for forgiveness was not an option. He would accept his punishment.

When he was laid over Jed's knee he began to tear up, not because of the impending spanking, but because he had disappointed Jed. Truth be told Reno had always liked pain. He had spent so many drug filled days in shady bdsm clubs, a spanking was nothing... But his guilt was everything. "because I threw the bonnets out of the cart" he whimpered. "I'm sorry daddy."

"I know you are, Reno, but you're still going to be punished," Jed said. "You'll be getting thirty with Daddy's hand. This will hurt him more than it hurts you." He started to spank the boy's bottom. "You do not throw things and if Daddy offers to buy you something, you do not act like a spoiled brat." He took turns spanking each cheek, making sure one didn't get redder than the other. He hated doing this, but kept reminding himself it was necessary.

Reno did not enjoy the spanking even though he normally liked pain. The sense of horrible guilt wrapped around him and he cried. He whimpered and all but ran to the corner.

Reno wrapped his arms around himself and continued to cry. He tried to stay quiet but soon he was sobbing uncontrollably and no longer knew why. Maybe it was guilt, maybe it was shame, it was probably just everything from the last few months just boiling over.

He stood with his head leaning against the wall while he cried.

Jed hated this. He hated Having to punish Reno so soon after his homecoming. He tried to suck it up and made lunch as the boy stood in the corner. He fixed him another bottle and some soup.

Reno clung to Jed as soon as he was cradled. He buried his face against him and continued to cry. It took him a little while to calm down but when he did and hugged Jed tight as if he were scared he would lose him.

"I love you too daddy." he didn't baby talk but Reno's voice had always been soft and sweet like a child.
