Bedwetter to Baby Girl

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy sat at his desk watching some videoes about bedwetting solutions. His daughter had been wetting the bed most nights since her mother passed away. He was at a lost as what to do. With both the bedwetting and being a single father to a girl. Daddy heard the bedroom door open and bare feet on the hardwood floor outside of his office upstairs. He waited to see if she was going to come in or head on downstairs.

I head downstairs crying holding a photo tightly in my right hand. I get downstairs and watch tv crying and hokding the photo close to my chest.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy left the home office and heads downstairs. When he enters the living room. He sees Daisy setting on the couch still in her wet pajamas. "How are you feeling today? I see you wet the bed again."

"I dont want to talk about it." I say crying and holding my photo to my chest tightly watching tv.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy walked over and put his arm around Daisy's shoulder. "I know you don't, but we are going to have to. This isn't normal for a girl your age."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"I know dad. Its not my fault though. I dont like it and i dont feeo well about it." I cry into your shoulder and tue tv is still on.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy rubs her back. "I know it isn't your fault. I never said it was. Maybe we should get your some protection like the doctor suggested."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"No. I dont want to." I cry as i get up and run upstairs and hide in the bathroom with the door locked.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy sighs and goes back to his office to work until Daisy is ready to talk about it.

I stay locked in the bathroom for an hour and you start gettig worried

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy goes and checks on Daisy. He knocks on the bathroom door. "You ok in there? Wearing diapers is not the end of the world and it doesn't mean you are a baby. Even though you will always be my baby girl."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"It will mean im a baby and it will be a big deal if i have to wear stupid diapers" i say still in the bathroom sat with my back on the door crying

[Daddy_Dave]

"I don't see what the big deal is. So you have to wear diapers. Not just babies wear diapers. Adults wear diapers if they have a problem making it to the bathroom in time. Older people wear diapers because as you get older. You don't move as quickly as you use to. Though they probably wouldn't admit it. There are probably teens at your school that wet the bed and wear protection to bed."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"I dont care im not wearing diapers. It wont make me feel any better than i am now." I cry from the bathroom which is locked as i sit with my back on the door.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy tried to come up with a good way to put it, but he couldn't see any other way to say it. "So you aren't going to do anything to help me out. I have to wash your bedding and pajamas everyday. I am not complaining, but wearing protection would help cut down on the laundry and help you sleep better at night. Sleeping in a wet bed can't be comfortable."

"It still wont make me feel better myself will it. Your too tied up in work to care about me." I say crying and showing signs that im not going to be coming out anytime soon

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy sighs. "That is not true at all. I care about you alot. You are my daughter, but I will be honest. I have no clue or idea how to deal with a teenager. Your mom was the expert at that. I'm trying the best I can. Things was alot easier when you was a little girl."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

"Well why dont you treat me like your baby princess then." I say to you still crying sat in the bathroom locked in.

[Daddy_Dave]

"That is what you want. I am fine with that, but it means you will be in diapers."

[BabyGirlDaisy]

I unlock the bathroom door but i stay behind it crying. I end up wetting myself even more than i alreadu am. It leaks onto the bathroom floor wjivh is laminate.

[Daddy_Dave]

Daddy hears the lock click. "When you are ready to talk. I'll be here to listen."

I move away from the door crying. "Daddy i leaked." I cry as i know your sat just on the opposite side of the door

Daddy opened the room. "That is ok. Let's get you cleaned up. So we can go shopping for some protection for you to wear." He runs a tub of warm water and add some bubble bath. Daddy undresses her and puts her wet clothes in the sink. He helps her into the bathtub.

I sit in the bath tib cryong and suckling my thumb. "Since im now a baby can we get everything that a baby girl would have" i ask while you wash me.

[Daddy_Dave]

"Daddy smiles. "I don't see why not. We will make a list of what we need. I doubt big things like a crib or highchair. We are going to find at Babies R Us."
