Regarding taboo things to say in chat because you've heard it too many times before. It reminds me of a Star Wars IRC channel I discovered many years ago. I joined, all excited to talk about Star Wars. They got upset at me, and I asked why. They told me that they were bored of talking about it and they'd discussed everything already. Was a very sad thing, because they had become so jaded about something they obviously used to love!

IMO, it's a diaper chat. If you don't want to hear about someone's morning in a diaper, maybe it's time to take a long break from chat. If someone tells you about their morning in a diaper, maybe they are excited about it and just desperately wanted to share with someone, anyone, since they had nowhere else that they could.
