Have you ever stopped and thought how much time a day/ week/ month etc. you spend worrying about where your stuff is hidden or changing yourself or just generally engaging in AB/DL practises?

What do Non- AB/DL people do with all this free time?

Well most people have something to replace this fetish or not! by not i mean, you may not have a fetish but u may a have a particuliar "drive" that turns you on.

Personally Im not too worried about someone finding out about my diapers. My wife already knows, and ive been told that her mom and dad already knows too. So who cares what other people think about my diapers. So I dont spend any additional time worrying about it.

I don't tend to spend a lot of time worrying about people finding out. Sometimes I will think 'did I close my bedroom door?' but that is the extent of it.

As for other time I spend looking at DL sites or thinking about it generally, that is quite a lot, as you can probably tell by my post count. But it is the summer so I don't have anything else to do, and to be honest if I wasn't looking at DL sites, then I would just be looking at the other forums I go to that aren't related to this.
