Normally, Cherry could easily endure the pain, but the first time she felt her thumb break and dislocate, her vision began to blur and she felt herself cry out into the gag. Cherry's company was new too. Instead of Malvernian soldiers, there was but a single occupant in the seat next to her. She dressed similar to a Malvernian officer, but given the cut of the cloth and insignias, she knew it wasn't. The presence of the dual swords on the usual eagle patch meant this was a commissar, a loyalty officer. After so much moanin she couldn't hold it no more it was like she had no control.
