You could probably start with a Harry Potter book cover and using a computer graphics tablet "adjust" him as needed.

I'm a pretty good artists, but more with photoshop and designing. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to help with drawing a figure or character. Sounds like a really neat idea though. I hope you can get someone to help you!

I had a look and can only find diapered female magician's, although there are a few young boy dark magicians out there as well. Your best bet would be to photoshop a diaper onto one of the young boy dark magis.
