Lynn drives them back to the Estate agents and readies the paperwork for Lucy to sign "Here you go sign here and you can move in in just 2 days"

"Would you like to live here in this flat forever or would you much rather live here till we can find a proper place like we first planned"

"Lets try living there for 6 months mummy and see if we likes its" Katie replies and snuggling her mummy when they are back.

"Yes please" Lucy said to Jane as she might need some help to keep up the rent

"Okay I will give you the deposit and 3 months rent to start you off and then help you out as you need it, how much is the deposit and the rent?" Jane asks

"No problem best friend, I want you and Katie to be happy and if this is what you want then I am happy to help" Jane replies and hands Lucy a cheque for £875.

"Yes I do want both me and Katie to be happy" Lucy replied back " We mustn't forget to get things such as furniture" Lucy suddenly remembered

"Will you need a hand getting furniture? I will be willing to help there is £2000 enough to get you started for furniture?" Lucy asks

"Yes please and Katie can help choose the furniture that she would like in her room" Lucy suggested

"Sounds good to me here you are" Jane says handing over another cheque.

"Thank you" Lucy replied back as she took the check " I'll try and make room once me and Katie when we get settled so that you can stay over for a few days or so" Lucy suggested to her friend "If not then we can just have a slumber party and you can sleep with me"

Jane smiles and hugs her best friend and replies "That would be great I just want the best for the 2 of you Lucy and Katie needs security to feel safe again too".

"I think with your permission I would like to become almost like a auntie to Katie and of course you would still have full say over how I interact with her, I never had kids and it be nice to have a little niece" Jane explains not wanting to upset her best friend and snuggles her.

" yeah I see why not" Lucy replied back then turned to Katie " How would you like Jane to be almost your auntie, Also do you need a change" Lucy asked Katie

Jane smiles still cuddling Lucy then she lifts Katie into Lucy's lap and all 3 of them cuddle.

"OK then honey and after you finished in your potty would you like a nappy because then Mummy can change you" Lucy asked as she took Katie up stairs for a toilet

Katie nods then runs to her little pink potty undressing herself then sitting down doing her business. "Yeppers mummy nappy afterwards" She replies.

" Great, But hope that you don't mind me placing a few rules" Lucy asked

"Like what mummy? me understand der has to be rules but what rules?" Katie asks.

" Nothing harsh, But the rules are While we are at home the toilet that Mummy uses is off limits if you need to go to the toilet then please do it in you nappies because then Mummy gets to change you, Don't worry about doing anything like putting your toys away for Mummy will do that sort of thing unless you want to put your toys away yourself, Let Mummy know when you ready to go to bed or want to go down for a nap for there will not be no set bedtime also you will always have the choice where you would like to sleep" Lucy explained hoping that Katie would agree to the rules

"Okay mummy if you no want me to use my baby potty anymore me will do for you mummy. Me will wear nappies and use dem 24/7 mummy and be mummies and aunties baby girl" Katie replies before saying "Me okies with not tidying up mummy and going to bed when me asks mummy also sleeping where me want to me fully wikes dat". Katie gets off her potty and goes empty and cleans the potty out returning so her mummy can clean her up and nappy her.
