"Yes Mummy Lucy replied back to her Mummy. She couldn't help but wonder how Katie's day was and if she was able to change herself without anyone knowing or finding out

Katie phones her mum's phone which is on the table next to them.

"Hi sweetie" Lucy said "How's your day" Lucy asked

"It was very good and fun mummy and I managed to make a friend at college who changed me I hope you don't mind mummy?" Katie asks telling her mummy about her day.

"Yes I am ready to pick Katie up as she sounded a little bit upset that Katie had told someone that she wore nappies and that Katie might start spending more time with her new friend and want to spend less time with her and Jane despite the extra baby time that she'll get with her AB Mummy. Lucy hoped that Katie wouldn't invite her friend over and that this new friend of Katie's will tell everyone else about their life style. Feeling worried about it Lucy told her Mummy what the problem was

"I think that you are right Mummy" Lucy started with "Perhaps I was letting my imagination running away with me" She replied back

"Maybe a little bit sweetie bit given everything that has happened it is understandable" Jane explains as she does her seatbelt up and starts the engine and then drives to pick Katie up.

"I totally agree with you and I expect that it's all part of being a parent" Lucy added to what her Mummy had said

"Yes it is sweetie but you have been a very good parent and I am sure Katie is proud to have you as her mummy" Jane replies and they soon arrive to meet Katie.

Lucy looked at Katie and asked how her day was

Katie explained that her day was good and her new friend was nice also she had some homework that needed doing tomorrow as it was due the day after. Katie then asks how there day was.

What homework is it sweetie" Lucy wondered "But If you ever need any help with your homework then don't be scared to ask" Lucy suggested to Katie

"Its for the electronics class mummy we have to build a working model of a cliff railway complete with a automatic control system" Katie explains before taking a breath. "Okay mummy I will ask for help whenever I need it and I promise to stay your little girl mummy" she continues.

"I'm afraid that I'm no good at electronics so that sort would be out of the question maybe that at some point in the future that you might need help with then" Lucy though fully suggested as Jane just kept her eyes on the road

"It's okay mummy I know but even though we have different interests I still love you very much and am so very proud of you" Katie explains to her mummy.

"we will" Lucy said as she joined in with Katie as they got out of the car and followed Jane inside

Katie got out the car and holds Jane's hand smiling

Once inside the waiter showed them to three seats

They are seated by the waiter and he asks for there drinks orders.

"may i Have a Coke" Lucy asked then turned towards Katie and asked what she would like to drink.

"Can I have a fruit juice please" Katie asks.

"Hum, It's really hard to decide. But I think that I'll have the spaghetti and meat balls"Lucy asked then turned to Katie "Sweetie if you need a freshen up" Lucy winked" Then Just tell me or Jane know in code" Lucy said as she didn't want to embarrass Katie in pubic

"Okay of course you can sweetie, Katie have you chosen your food yet sweetie?" Jane asks.

"OK then sweetie" Lucy happily replied back "Let's go and freshen up as I need the loo as well"
