Seems like I should've bought large. They fit, but the tapes are near the edge of the landing zone and they don't sit very high on the waist (I'm over 6ft tall, so need a longer nappy). Should've got the large. Thankfully it was only a sample of 2 I ordered, so no great loss in the greater scheme of things. They are pretty absorbent and nice and thick too.
