Can't Sleep At All While Wearing A Diaper To Bed

As a few have already mentioned that the first few times you actually wear diapers to bed can be very exciting. I can remember tossing and turning when I first wore them to bed, but I eventually masturbated into the diaper and then fell asleep like a baby, damp diaper and all.

I'll second the advice -- if you can't sleep, bring yourself to a sexual climax...it helps..

What I haven't seen suggested for this gal is that she wear diapers during the day, so she gets used to the feelings and therefore less excited when wearing her diaper at night.

You were right. Once I started to wear during the day a bit....

nightime wearing became no problem. Plus, My significant now

knows about my wearing and thinks it's cute. So, I've been

able to wear at night with no problem for the last week!

I sometimes get a little warm with my diaper on so i just turn on the fan or air if necessary but I usually sleep very well in fact better in my diaper since I am a bed wetter I feel more comfortable that way.
