Finding A Thick And Absorbent Small Disposable

I have wanted to try wearing a small adult diaper for a while now (cause I think the mediums are on the brink of being a bit big for me size 30 waist) but I have found none are as thick or nowhere near as absorbent as a med abeana for example . Has anyone found a small , thick and absorbent adult diaper ?

Abena s4 is great for me. I have a 26" waist so ik what it's like to want small thick diapers too I've found myself really liking medium diapers though lately, because i enjoy feeling smaller
