Recreating These Princess Pullups?

Hey, so I saw this short clip here

And I kinda really love how they look. Obviously this took some modification, I'd love to be able to make something similar.

Does anyone recognize the kind of pull ups s/he used as as base, and if they're still for sale anywhere?

Any ideas about where to get those kind of lacy frills?

And it's hard to say from the vdieo, but it looks like it has a proper clip on the front, it's not just like held in place with safety pins. I think? Any ideas on doing that kind of thing?
