Personally out of all the suggestions, I found the Diaper Dependence files (4 in total) to be the most in line the 12 month program/with losing control over time versus "in this very moment you'll forget how to lose bladder control" forever, which I don't find realistic or viable for most people.

I personally have listened to hypnosis for weeks continuously and have had little to no results from it.
