Kari
I just got a case of my favorite diapers yesterday. Super Dry Kids or SDK's from AB Universe. I'm just wondering... Are they making them with a different kind of plastic? They seems less crinkly and more "porous". IDK if Cushies are different now or not. I like the "Old School" kind that crinkles and has that feel. Link to comment
wetatnight
I noticed that also on my last case of SDk's about a month ago. I'm not sure if the cushies have the new plastic or not. I liked the older plastic better and the newer ones seem to leak easeir then the old ones. maybe if enough people complain they'll go back to the other plastic. Link to comment
Kari
They do tear easier. If I take a dry one off to go outside or somewhere, I will sometimes put it back on and reinforce the tape with pins. But they are hard to un-tape and re-tape. At least not without the plastic ripping and fluff falling out. . Link to comment
Kari
GOOD NEWS KIDS! Just spoke to Evan at AB Universe. I asked him about the new liner they were using on SDK's. He said PE film (Polyethylene film) is what they used in the past. But they are going back to it. Apparently I wasn't the first person to comment about it. So they are going back to the better plastic liner. Link to comment
thickdiaperedbaby
Good news! I loved the old crinkly SDK's. Now, if only they would make them thicker and add a waistband. Link to comment
