It was a during a Fundraiser Fashion Show, as held by the Police. One man was waddling the "Catwalk" in only a Pullup Diaper. To the public, this is a real diaper (not for show) so I was blown away. Notice no-one got arrested here for nudity, although it was held in public, sponsored and run by the police, and on Cable TV. Makes you think! Thanks for putting this up, ronnieindiapers!
