Different Diaper Designs

I recently saw some pics from that fashion show held a while back where all thos diapers were shown off and a couple caught my eye for no other reason than for being so different from anything I've seen around home.

Anyone know anything about differently styled diapers such as this? How do they fit compared to the more traditional western brands? What are they even called?

You can get that type of diaper in the west, both Europe and the USA.

The fit is a bit strange and tends to sag after a while but the absorbency is not too bad. I've tried the Tena version and it was an OK diaper and possibly a bit better than a regular diaper when doing active stuff but they'd never be a 'replacement' for 'proper' diapers, they just don't feel the same...
