ultrapampers
Funny, I couldn't find it on YouTube among all the vintage Pampers commercials there. I have it somewhere. I'll try to find it and upload it to YouTube or megaupload or somewhere similar. Link to comment

sissybabymikey
They actually had the first commercial online at one time, I think it was on the New York Times website as part of an article on the "potty training wars" as they called the controversy that followed the intro of Size 6 in the late 90s. The debate was between Dr. Brazelton from the ad in favor of a relaxed take-it-slow approach and some other doctor who thought the earlier, the better. Link to comment

Kari
I couldn't find the Pampers 6 commercial with Pediatrician, Dr. T. Berry Brazelton either. But I found the archived article from the NYT's on "Potty Training wars". http://www.nytimes.com/1999/01/12/us/two-experts-do-battle-over-potty-training.html Rosemond claims to be a psychologist. Even though he's earned a MS, not a Ph.D. in psychology from Western Illinois University. Most of his philosophy on parenting methods are based on a "Christian theme". He blamed delayed training on poor parenting inspired by Freudian beliefs. Rosemond considers it ''a slap to the intelligence of a human being that one would allow him to continue soiling and wetting himself past age 2.'' The process, he says, should be as simple and straightforward as housebreaking a 4-month-old puppy. When Dr. Brazelton was asked to respond to Mr. Rosemond's arguments? ''They sound very logical -- for a puppy.'' http://www.dy-dee.com/html/toilet_training_brazelton.html Link to comment
