Not 100% sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it was a Euron Form from Europe, with a cartoon taping panel applied.

Ahh it hadn't occured to me the cartoon as "self applied" - looks to be quite a well done job (even if it is on the back not front!).

It's on the front. The photo does kind of look like the diaper is on backwards, but you can see the tapes are the right way if you look close.

Agreed. The diaper is being applied properly in that photo. The tapes are on the back. The front left wing (from our view) is wrapped around her hip, and the photo lines up just so it looks like the tapes are on the front.
