Adult Diapers In Chile?

I am briefly in Chile (Southern). Was wondering if there are any good quality diapers here. Unlike my last recent to S of Argenitina, the drug stores have diapers for adults out everywhere. It appears that there a a few brands but they look very minimal in absorbancy. Does anyone have any experience with diapers in Chile? Brands? Sizing? I am looking for good overnight (for flight home) diaper. I am 34 inch waist. the one store where I had a brief opportunity to glance (not buy as I was with a group) at products and one brand that had a bag of 12 adult diapers in a bag about half the width of a depends bag...making me very unsure of quality. Another brand had 8 in a bag roughly same size as Depends bag but also seemed to compress down very small making me doubt those too. Both were made in Chile... Thanks for any info or experiences. P_P
