babyfur Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 In the epsisode green fever Quinn is asking the doctor what to do about the fever heads and the doctor suggested get them to go outside so they drown. when quinn yelled at him he said "Actually a peaceful feeling comes over you. like a binky.
