    its actually real easy when the intake nurse calls you and they ask about anything related to bladder or bowel you say yes and when they ask if they is anything else you inform them that you are suffer form bladder leakage they wil lask how you take care of it and that will that the nurses will read you chart and take apperoitate action for you
