Hi, first post here. Today is the third time this year my bladder has emptied without my control. The first time happened when I was at a bar at night, so I just threw out my underwear in the bathroom and went home. Luckily I was wearing black jeans so my friends didn't see. I thought it was just the alcohol as I have a sensitive bladder. Another time I was riding my bike home in the afternoon and it released, I thought it was a weird once off. However, today it happened again in the middle of the day. I was sitting a university exam and I felt an urge to go to the bathroom. Before I could raise my hand my bladder released and I COULD NOT stop. I had to sit there in a puddle until the exam ended and I hid amongst the crowd as we left. The entire front of my jeans were soaked down to my shoes. I walked to the shop in my drenched jeans and bought some tracksuit pants. It was terribly embarrassing and I was crying softly the whole way. I don't really want to wear diapers during the day (embarrassing) but I'm scared my bladder will give up in front of my friends while in class. It might be due to me getting older or increased stress in my degree. Is anyone in a similar boat? I'm not sure if I need diapers because it happens only once every 3-4 months, but I empty my bladder completely when it happens. Should I bother with light daily protection, or would this be useless for a complete wetting? Im pretty scared. Right now I just carry spare underwear and tracksuit pants in my locker and car. About me: 23, boy, student, I wear drynites (or overnight pads) at night as I dribble when I sleep. (I'm not sure if this is right forum location sorry!)
