@Joep justa pharmacy I know that sells surgical stuff, and stuff not usually found on other pharmacies. However I am in Panama and they are more lax here about prescriptions. For instance if you sign a waver knwlingyde risks you can get some medications that are prescription only, not narcotics of course but some stuff like prescription allergy meds. However I saw them on Amazon a few days ago search dynarex catheter... Sorry forgot to say that I asked for them in said pharmacy saying they were for my father in law that they were in their beach house and the ones they took where damages during the trip and needed more and their usual place where they purchase them was already closed, we are still very much closed done because of covid. A little white lie and boom no more questions, he even told if I needed a syringe, sterile water, lubricant...

Hello all, I had my first catheter experience las last weekend, and it was. AMAZING, wetting constantly without any control was incredible. From noon Saturday until noon Monday I went thru 23 diapers (Tena maxi protect medium). First the good, inserting it for the first time was easy with no issues and no pain whatsoever. A little lube on the tip and that was all. I got 5cc 16fr Foley catheters. I inflated the Ballon to 10cc. As soon as it went into the bladder it started pouring from the Foley. Once it was empty and just dripping a few drops at a time I put on the first diaper. It felt great drank some water in anticipation and felt a little dampness when I checked after a few minutes. Then I lied down for a nap after watching some TV, woke up very very wet, first diaper sleeping lasted about 3.5 hours. I pute a fresh one and watched TV, another 3.5 hours and was full again, I changed to a double diaper I cut holes on the first one and put another one on top. I wanted to be ready for beers with friends over Skype. Those diapers lasted about 2 hours and about 6 or 7 beers. Next change was just a single diaper and they lasted about 45 minutes to an hour tops because of the drinking. It felt great just getting wet sitting down drinking and talking crap as usual with friends. Finally I put a fresh one and went to bed to wake up bursting but luckily it didn't leak. Now on with the bad... I had a few random spasms they were a little painful but I noticed if I tried to open up just like peeing normally, I am not sure but I think pee went over the catheter balloon, they would susbisde quickly and be less painful, nothing major, just a little bothersome. Next one was my fault, and the worst of all spasms, when I was waiting for pee to trickle down and empty my bladder I was so excited I rubbed one out with the catheter on and OMG it was so so painful and not pleasurable at all, learned my lesson. Then when I woke up all was OK except I the tip of my urethra wuere the catheter came out was extremely painful unbearable that could barely walk to bathroom to remove, I removed it without any issues or pain. I slept a couple extra hours and then peed normally and just a tiny bit of pain just as I had read. So I tried again a put a new fresh catheter it went in smoothly no pain and was good all day and did the exact same thing as the day before all good until morning and had the same pain, removed it cleaned all since my gf was coming back home from a weekend with the girls. The next few days just a little bit of pain peeing nothing major and all cleared up by the third day. Sex was great no pain. I will certainly do it again as soon as I have another chance, I am thinking maybe tape the end of the catheter with a little slack to my penis and tape my penis to my body so I doesn't move much so the tip doesn't get sore.
