Generally just a shirt and diaper. Sometimes a onesie.

Observation: Diapers are among the greatest things in the world during nasty hangovers. 

[What diapers do you wear?]

I generally wear Pampers Swaddlers Size 7. I absolutely love them. They work amazingly. I'm 5'11 and 125 lbs and they fit me quite well. I do wear Pull-Ups too sometimes, and in that case I like the Goodnites XL as well as the Up and Up/Target ones. I just got the CVS ones with new prints too which are alright.
