Hi. I'm the person who handles the day to day admin work on ABDL story Forum and Spokane Girl's post was pointed out to me in our chat earlier so I want to respond to. It's not strictly true that we allow teens, we allow them, but only with verified parental/guardian consent. If we find teens who lied about their age or who are up front about it but don't get the consent form filled out and verified, we ban them. Officially I know of 25 teens with active accounts and I and my attorney both have copies of the consent forms and recordings of the phone calls with the parents/guardians on file for all of them. That 25 count includes my niece. I'll be honest if it wasn't for the fact that the rules of the forum pretty much eliminate most of the content that would be an issue and the fact that teens don't have access to any of the private communication systems I wouldn't allow it at all, not even for my niece. When I made the decision to do it the way we do it was after a very long conversation with multiple attorneys who helped setup the verification system we use. It also helps that we strictly enforce the rule of not sharing of personal information, including IM information, for teens. That's a one way ticket to bantown. Now, that all said, I absolutely think that that most ABDL related sites should be 18+ and enforce it. For most sites it's probably not worth it to allow under 18s even if they're the most vanilla site possible given the subject matter. It is a royal pain in the ass to deal with all the legal bookkeeping and other behinds the scene crap that has to be dealt with on a regular basis because we allow teens at all, even if it is such a small number.
