So I do have to ask... were you excited when you realized what happened?
-
Hey @Ferix, any updates? Any progress with the night wettings? And how about messing? Have your BMs stayed once-a-day, or any changes in frequency? How do you plan to manage messy changes if/when they happen at work? Hope all is well and your diapers are soggy

Hey @Ferix, what's your changing schedule like these days? Do you try and judge how much longer your diaper can last, or are you strictly on a schedule basis at this point? And how are the soggy mornings coming along ?
-
@Ferix, how is the messing coming along? I remember when you started you said that you weren't necessarily going for dual incontinence. Has that changed? Are you finding yourself messing more often, or still on the same schedule, and has it begun to interfere with work or life? Are there certain positions/activities you are more likely to mess during?
As far as wetting, do you ever find yourself unexpectedly wet (as in wet without remembering)? And do you just change on a schedule at this point, or do you realize you need a change because you didn't realize how wet you'd gotten?
Hope you've had more unexpectedly wet mornings. I'm envious of that for sure Thanks for sharing your story with all of us

I'm not sure if drinking a lot of fluids before bed is the best idea as it is causing me to retain urine. It's possible it might be best to reduce fluid intake so my bladder fills slower and my body has a better chance to act on the signal that I need to pee before it gets too powerful and wakes me up.
So I'm no expert, and I'm also not a bedwetter (although currently debating whether I should legitimately train myself to do it). It seems to me that you'd want to increase fluid intake before bed. What you're trying to do is re-train your body to "release" when it gets the signal that your bladder is getting full. If you drink right before bed, you're making sure that your bladder will fill enough to signal that it's getting full, and you can wake and wet and go back to sleep without issue... that'll train your body to do it for you. If you don't drink before bed, you run the risk of your bladder not filling enough to signal "hey I gotta go", so you run the risk of sleeping through the night without wetting. I know if I want to practice wetting at night, I chug a glass of water right before I crawl into bed. That'll guarantee that I have to pee in the middle of the night, and when I wake up I just fill my diaper without getting out of bed, and then drift back to sleep.

@Ferix, how's the bedwetting coming?. Any updates? Is the euphoria still there?

@Ferix, have you had any issues with leaks, day or night? How've you managed them? Or are your wettings getting small enough where they're not an issue.
You've also mentioned that your boyfriend is 24/7 as well... how's his progress compared to yours?

fptx1210, it's been 4 years since you started this thread. Are you still happy with your decision to become a bedwetter? Is it still exciting to wake up soaked? Any thoughts about what finally made you "go for it"?

In the original posts I mentioned I didn't feel like I was a true 100% bedwetter. However, someone else stated that I am a bed wetter because a sometimes bedwetter is still a bedwetter.
Yes, you are a bedwetter. How's it feel waking up (even occasionally) and not remember wetting? How's the daytime going? Any changes there?

I diaper trained myself to wet while sleeping in a diaper only, when I go to bed in a diaper I wake up in a wet diaper, when I go to bed without a diaper I wake up dry.

For those that specifically trained to wet in your sleep, what pushed you into finally letting yourself do it?

The plateau for me lasted about a year and a half and my continence has been slowly slipping ever since...... every time I have a wet or messy diaper without remembering doing it I get very happy knowing all my hard work, training and dedication paid off. I look forward to the rest of my life permanently diapered
@diapereddaddy1922Do you regularly have wet and/or messy accidents without remembering doing them?
-
So @Ferix, how'd you finally decide to go for 24/7 and incontinence?
From fully continent, to fully incontinent.

Sounds like you're pretty diaper dependent at this point (and NOT continent). Congrats
