  1.

Big diaper+shirt that doesn’t go past your waistband. Doesn’t run everyone’s nose in it, but the diaper will be spotted peaking out from under your shirt. Go shopping like that. Heck, go out and buy a longer shirt, and ask a salesperson for help finding one.

I think this is a good one! Would I be able to wear a short coat/jacket over it?

What deewet said is a good place to start.  Being only 19, it is very plausable that you can state you have started bedwetting again due to stresses of school and life changes.  You can always say (if asked) that you have talked with your doctor and are working on the stresses but in the mean time you need night protection so you don't ruin your mattress and have to wash bedding every day.  If a clerk shows you pull on disposable underpants, ask if they would work for all night use for you because you wet quite a lot when sleeping.  Remember, you are supposed to be new at this and although we all know pull on disposable underwear for bedwetting is like trying to mop up a spill with a kleenex, you can't be the one to point that out to them.  You can ask if they will be good enough but hint at being questionable about it.  Let them take it to the next step, tape on diapers and waterproof pants.

I might do this the next time I go into my local mall, thanks!

  2. So I plan on buying some diapers soon (hard to keep a good supply of them as I live with others) and I'd love to have some tasks/suggestions to do to make things a bit daring / humiliating. I once bought a pack of suppisotories whilst I was out and contemplated putting one in before I got the train home, kind of glad I didn't as I later realised how quick they act.

If anyone has any ideas let me know! Nothing too extreme please.

  3. So I've heard that some people use psyllium husk to have regular bowel movements etc, I also heard that it can help create more bulkier movements.

I just have a few questions, 1: How much should I take (the powder form) each day? 2: Is it safe to take daily to maintain regular movements, if so, how much should I take per day? 3: Does it cause cramps and are the movements easy to "hold" or is it like a suppository / laxative? 4: How long will the effects take to kick in from when I take it, and if I take it daily is there a certain time to take it so I have bowel movements at a specific time? Morning, night etc.

I also know you need to drink plently of water when taking psyllium husk, i drink a lot as it is. If you have any experience with psyllium husk please let me know how your experience was! :)

  4. So I was thinking about inserting a suppository and then 3-5 marshmallows to create a mess. Is this safe (wouldn't do it every day, probably every 2-3 weeks so I don't think they're any chance of me becoming dependant on them) and what kind of a mess would be made? Also, if anyone has tried this please let me know how it went. x

Sweetie... you are going to hate when I say this, but it sounds like you have healthy, regular bowel movements. Enjoy them, because most people struggle to have those. I understand why you want the less pleasant messes, but you should always worry about being healthy before being kinky.

Yea you're probably right. Do you know any ways of having "unpleasant" messes?

i would try some psyllium fiber tablets with plenty of water

I've heard about those! How long do they take to work and can they be used daily?

  6. So I usually go to the toilet / in my diaper around once a day and the result is never anything big. How could I get a bigger mess, that's like more bulkier but is also soft/easy to pass? When I get the urge I can't hold it long so it's hard to hold it for a few days, is there anything I should/shouldn't be eating / drinking to create these messes?

  7. So I saw that some people have daily uncontrollable accidents, or close to uncontrollable. What could I eat or drink to help stimulate a nice load on a daily basis? I don't like super runny ones, mostly bulky kind of soft ones that don't cause pain when you have to push it out.

I don't want to resort to prunes, although I heard pears can be good. If anyone has any experience with foods or drinks that help them poop please let me know. (I deffinitely won't be taking a daily lose of castor oil, laxatives or anything else like that)
