OH How i wish i still had Abena m4's to keep me dry... photo was from when i first found out i had bladder issues about 1 year ago.

I was Diaper free for 3 weeks without any accidents. today so far I have wet myself 3 times uncontrollably. I am starting to think diapers will always be a part of my life, I Think I need to be diapered once again.
